Trim Kits

Some custom trim kits require us to measure parts from your brand and model of trumpet in order to insure perfect fit. We do this one of two ways.

1. If possible, we will try and order sample parts from your trumpet manufacture to have on file in our shop.
   
2. If this is not possible, we need to measure sample parts from your trumpet. Once you have placed your custom order, we'll send you an email regarding your need to send sample parts or if we will be able to obtain samples on our own.

Please enclose a note referencing your order number.  We will take measurements and return your parts within two days to you free of charge (please include your address). You can then expect your custom fit trim kit in about 1 week for raw brass orders and 2 to 4 weeks for silver and gold plated orders. Let us know if you have any questions.

Custom made orders are not returnable and non refundable.  Full custom trim kits cost an additional $10 (new!). Individual parts are an additional $5 (new!) for custom parts.

Since we make almost every mouthpiece to order, custom is no problem!  Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll work with you on a custom mouthpiece.

We have a new digital CMM that allows us to measure your mouthpiece and use the measurements for a duplication or for just a portion.  For example, you really like the rim of that old Bach mouthpiece, but you like our B cup - we can blend those together seamlessly in a new mouthpiece for you.
